Heres a copy of what I send out to the mailing list last night.
Now, as Im sure most of you are aware, Introversion are currently selling Darwinia posters from their website. The posters themselves are huge, and look amazing, and by buying one, you are supporting Introversion through a tough spot, and helping the continued development of Darwinia and future Introversion games. So, heres a little homework for you all. I want you to help spread the word of Darwinia. Tell your friends, tell your chat rooms, post about it on any forums you visit, and point out the awesome posters to people.
We all know that Introversion are very different from other developers - they dont have huge corporate backing, and although this gives them the freedom to make truely original and brilliant games, it also means they don't always have access to huge funds, and every poster they sell is going to help them along the way until Darwinia is released.
So, tell your friends, tell your familiy, tell everyone! Get them to tell people too, and help spread the word! And get them to sign up to this mailing list while you're at it ;)
Just as a note, I *dont* want people to start flooding forums and chatrooms about this - that wouldnt help anybody. Use your common sense ;)
